LUCASA MANAGEMENT will manage, renovate and/or own rental properties (short-term or long-term), provide independent consulting services for both property management and event management. "Event" refers to any gathering, athletic, or social function that requires planning and execution. If consulting for event management, LUCASA MANAGEMENT will provide services including, but not limited to venue procurement, vendor procurement, permitting, timeline and schedule planning, venue layout and mapping, event production and execution.
